The testing grounds for working railway rolling stock has a DC electric locomotive of the VL10 series, an AC electric locomotive of the VL80S series – as well as the head and motor carriages of a DC electric train of the ED6 series with an asynchronous traction drive.
The department possesses VL10 and VL80S electric locomotives, two cars of the ED6 electric train equipped for classrooms and equipped with modern multimedia technology.
