Abstract
The article deals with the problem of removal of municipal solid waste (MSW) and the introduction of a single regional operator for the treatment of MSW. The positive and negative aspects of the new rules for the treatment of MSW are considered. The article also analyzes the issue of the formation of tariffs for the export of MSW, as well as issues related to the control of the regional operator for the treatment of MSW.
