The article describes the professional market (B2B), highlights the features of the supply chain participants in it. The content of business relations in the professional market is revealed, and the requirements for their formation and development are formulated. Influence of representatives of the professional buyer on decision-making on a choice of the material resources supplier is defined. It is noted that the leading role in the process of purchase and sale belongs to the Supply Department of the professional buyer. The areas of its interaction with other parts of the logistics system of the enterprise, as well as the process of establishing and developing of business relations with suppliers are described.

The article considers the concept, role and types of easement. The easement is classified according to various criteria. The indicators of the evaluation of the cost of easement are determined. The possibility of applying a profitable, costly and comparative approach to determining the market value of an easement is analyzed. The application of a comparative approach to the evaluation of easement is justified, but from the standpoint of evaluating other rights of analogous objects with subsequent adjustment for the share of easement in the object of evaluation. The stages of determining the cost of a commensurate fee for easement are described. The aim of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for determining the market value of easements. Using a modified method of determining the cost of a commensurate fee for an easement, in which an expert valuation method is proposed, the proportionality of the fee for an easement is determined based on the cost of ownership of the investigated area and the determination of the share of losses resulting from the establishment of easement. This valuation method, which can be attributed to the comparative approach, is used for typical land plots circulating in the market.

The article considers the experience of organizations that successfully operate in the field of digital production. The purpose of this work is to study the processes of digitalization of industry and provide recommendations for creating algorithms for evaluating investments in the digital economy, opportunities and results of using the industrial Internet of things. The subject of the study is the processes of digital transformation from the experience of enterprises that have achieved success in digitalizing industrial production. The author considers the parameters for calculating investments in the digitalization of industry, the main areas and metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of investments, makes recommendations on how the capabilities of digital technologies can be converted into a measurable effect, and how to measure the effect of implementing MDC-class systems based on digital production technologies. The article analyzes scenarios for calculating the economic effect of the introduction of industrial Internet of things technologies. The author demonstrates the economic effect taken from real examples of production. The conclusions and results of the study are based on normative, statistical, and empirical data from representatives of companies that successfully implement digital technologies in industrial production.

In the article competence treatment during learning foreign language in educational process is offered. The influence of this treatment on the student’s foreign competence in professional communication is analyzed. The purpose of work is development and application of the acceptable effective and available methods of teaching a foreign language. It is necessary for professional students’ communication in technical universities. The main aim of methodical models application is the learning foreign language as means of mastering future specialty and the aspiration to gain the maximum and qualitative knowledge, abilities in professional area. The treatment used are application of specially developed internet project, the electronic reference book on specialties, special reports, the presentations of a workplace and an excursion at the enterprises. The results of the developed technique is the application of methodical models in classes of non-language higher education institutions, technical schools, colleges, on courses for foreign students of railway specialties. The author comes to a conclusion that the considered methodical treatment can be successfully realized in educational process and are helpful for foundation of communicative students’ competence. The author pays attention to competence treatment as a basis and forms main tasks of its’ using in education process.
