The article examines the conditions and factors on which the realization of human potential depends. Among them, the most relevant and in-demand in the latest scientific developments and publications are selected, mainly factors that have not been sufficiently studied in the management of labor resources are considered. The article analyzes the psychological features of the manifestation of emotional burnout of mothers raising children with disabilities. The author of the article refers to the modified questionnaire «Parental burnout» by I. N. Efimova. To understand the results of the study, detailed characteristics of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduction in parental achievements are given. The diagnostic results obtained in the course of the study are presented, their quantitative and qualitative analysis is given.

In societies that have entered the information stage of development, the media began to determine politics, influence the economy, determine trends in art, and form public opinion. The media, mediating the relationship between the producer of an information product and its recipient, create huge opportunities for manipulation, immersing a person in information that he cannot reflect based on his own experience. Media, especially in its online version of existence, create new ways of interpersonal connections, new types of communities. That is why the question of subjectivity in the media space is acute.

The article gives a brief tourist and recreational description of the Nazavaevsky municipal district of the Omsk region.
